Wonderful

Great location by the water with friendly people. The room was plenty big enough and had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful providing information about the area and arranging a taxi for us.

The shower was somewhat musty smelling and was on the small side (though typical for a European shower). We also wished the pool had been open a little later in the evening (it closed around 1800/1900).

What was the highlight of Koutrakis Suites by Estia

Just excellent in every way.

The rooms were very spacious. We had booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite with a sea view. The location was perfect, metres away from the sea. The pool was clean and always enough sunbeds. The food from the pool bar was fantastic and there was everything you needed and more for breakfast. The maids did an excellent job cleaning every day except Sunday, leaving animal shaped towel arrangements. But best of all were the owners, they were so warm and welcoming. We were staying here to visit our daughter who works at the next door hotel, she had recommended we stay here and her sister earlier in the year as they are always so friendly and kind to her. It was her birthday during our stay and Stella and Meena made her a birthday cake with candles! You don’t get that kind of hospitality anywhere else. I would definitely visit here again and recommend in a heartbeat.

Exceptional

Location is amazing. Family run business and so warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, room service excellent and air conditioning fabulous. Really made our sleep wonderful in 40 degrees heat. The food and drink offering at the hotel was excellent. A great choice of both local and branded drinks. The Koutrakis family are incredibly experienced and welcoming and warm, and at the same time very professional making you feel in good hands the whole stay.

There is nothing that we would change. This is a truly 4 star, smaller and intimate hotel with exceptional quality all round. A wonderful place for couples, families, with amazing views and a wonderful outlook.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful Sisi

I stayed at Koutrakis for 3 nights whilst visiting my sister who is currently working at another hotel down the road. Koutrakis is wonderful and I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Sisi. The pool area was stunning and overlooks the sea. The breakfast was very good and has everything you would want. Most of all, the staff are really friendly. It is only a 10 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and I was blown away with Sisi town itself. I would definitely return. Thank you so much for looking after my little sister whilst she is in Greece! Best wishes, Anna’s sister

What was the highlight of Koutrakis Suites by Estia

First class and highly enjoyable in terms of location, facilities and service.

An excellent location overlooking the sea with spectacular seascape views. The room balcony was ample and well furnished . The room- bedroom and adjoining sitting room- were nicely and comfortably furnished . The en suite bathroom was both clean and efficient. All things necessary for a comfortable stay were provided. The staff who cleaned the rooms were polite, helpful efficient and thorough. The bar and its adjoining terrace overlooking a well kept swimming pool with loungers provided a splendid place to sit with a full sea view. The service, provision of food, snacks and drink was excellent - and highly efficient. The owners were on sit, helpful and very friendly. This hotel was an exceptional find and I only wish that my stay could have been for longer. My stay

Nothing - except perhaps that the didn’t stock retsina - but they did let me drink my own ! So this was not detrimental to my stay.

- great location - spacious and Exceptionally clean rooms - air conditioning - great breakfast buffet with many options - pool is great - drinks & snack bar - bath & shower in rooms - most of all .. THE STAFF!

The best hotel run by the best people!

Stella, Mina and all of the family/team are absolutely incredible, so warm & welcoming and happy to help with any requests, even at 1am. The large room’s and rest of the hotel are spotless and cleaned daily. Food and drinks are fantastic from the pool bar, the breakfast buffet is also brilliant with a large variety of options. The hotel is only a short walk into Sissi centre, so is a great location for a nice walk and away from too much noise. Lovely little pool area that is an absolute sun trap all day. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, me and my partner can’t wait to come back here very soon.

Amazing experience, must stay at Koutrakis Suites hotel and visit Sisi !

Breakfast was quite diverse and generous. The staff is great, warm and friendly. The hotel location is outstanding. We had the view of the beach. 5 mins away from Sisi beach, and 10 mins away from the Sisi Port and main restaurants. The road behind the hotel is the romantic with benches by the beach and beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend.

Was expensive for what we got. Went swimming in the harbour as the pool was too shallow.

Excellent location and very close to the harbour which we wanted. Room was a large size.

Mosquitos were terrible. We kept the balcony doors shut but they were coming in from the corridor outside our door whenever we went in or out. Because it was dark they were always there in abundance. We had the room up the stairs next to the bar, right along the corridor. Also the pool is small and not deep enough to swim in, it was waist height. The shower door didn’t shut all the way so it flooded the floor whenever we took a shower.
